There are 2 ways to go about doing this. an easy way, and a tricky way.
The easy way would be to draft up your post, with the desired font styling in MS Word. Then in the toolbar click the show/hide kitchen sink button, this will reveal another toolbar. There is a button on the toolbar called paste from word. This lets you paste text right in from word, preserving all the fonts and styles.
The other way would be to go into the style sheet and find the deceleration for .entry and adjust the font size/style from there.
